Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to operate and service electrical, mechanical, and control devices at our Corteva site in Illinois.

You will perform repairs, inspections, and support the safety and compliance programs while collaborating with plant teams. The role requires NEC interpretation and a valid driver's license, with a focus on safety, documentation, and reliable uptime.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrical experience required.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn other applications as needed.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs and scheduled inspections following guidelines.
• Assist leaders with electrical safety program adherence and compliance.
• Follow quality systems and safety procedures including OSHA/PSM.
• Make recommendations to improve safety and efficiency of electrical systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
