Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc seeks an Industrial Electrician for our Seabrook, NJ facility. This Panama schedule role repairs and maintains electrical and mechanical systems, supports production, and performs PM across the plant.

The starting hourly rate is $36.55/hr, with 2nd shift +$0.35 and 3rd shift +$0.45. Medical insurance is provided through Local Union 152. Report to Facilities Maintenance Manager; high school diploma and 5 years of mechanic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of mechanic experience.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.
• Proficient with low- and high-voltage circuits.
• Able to troubleshoot motor wiring, switches, fuses.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and test electrical systems and components.
• Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts.
• Ensure systems and components meet established specifications.
• Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency.
• Complete documentation and PM paperwork for maintenance.
• Contribute to PM development through collaboration.
• Understand preventive maintenance methods and software updates.
• Perform other related duties as required.
