Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a full-time Electrician with verifiable experience or a journeyman's card for our facility in Whistleville, GA. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems and equipment, following safety and code standards.

You will document changes and support project commissioning. Starting pay is $38.56 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; journeyman's card a plus.
• Be able to assemble, install and repair electrical circuits and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical testing tools and distribution systems.
• Must follow codes, standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, systems and buildings.
• Diagnose faulty operation and perform repairs with proper documentation.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and startup AC/DC drives, HMIs, PLCs or DCS as needed.
• Ensure panels and drawings are up to date and properly labeled.
