Job summary

Crimson Group is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in Industrial Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas environments in Midland, Texas. The role involves reading blueprints and working on conveyor systems, panels, and motor controls.

You will respond to service calls, estimate costs and timelines, and ensure installations meet code. Excellent problem-solving and independent work skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical work.
• Experience with water/wastewater and oil & gas sectors.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls promptly and within the expected timeframe.
• Provide cost and timeline estimates for repairs or installation.
• Follow blueprints or drawings for installations.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems.
• Complete repairs and installations to code.
• Notify client if plans need adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances.
