We Power America is seeking electricians for roles in the Waco area and across Texas. They are especially seeking journey level and supervisory level workers for commercial and industrial projects.

The positions include great pay, guaranteed raises, and comprehensive employer-paid benefits. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, troubleshooting faults, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Ensure work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Provide on-call support for emergency electrical repairs.
