Axis Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Journeyman Industrial Electrician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industrial electrical experience, be comfortable with 480V systems, and proficient in conduit bending.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with 480V systems (240V also applicable).
• Proficiency in bending conduit (all types).
• Background check and client badge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical inspections and diagnostics using appropriate electrical test instruments.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and panels.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems such as relay logic, motor controls and AC/DC drives.
• Interpret and apply electrical codes, including the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and record findings in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to site safety protocols.
• Work any shift, variable start times, overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
