Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ISA Instrumentation Certification required.
• Previous electrical experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits using testing devices to ensure safety and compatibility.
• Use power tools and testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps.
• Repair and install electrical devices such as receptacles, light fixtures, lighting ballast, motors, etc.
• Maintain neat, safe electrical spaces and comply with blueprints and codes.
• Attend safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency.
• Obtain OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health certificate.
• Overtime hours or weekends may be available.
