Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an E&I Electrician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment in commercial/industrial settings. You will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot control systems, and ensure safety on every job site.

Salary ranges from $28.00 to $34.00 per hour with full-time hours, Monday through Friday, and travel about 25% to job sites. Benefits include health cover, 401(k), paid holidays, and generous PTO; candidate must have a HS diploma or GED and a valid

Qualifications

• Three years of E&I Maintenance experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Must communicate well with owners, general contractors, and job-site superintendents.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary.
• Ability to climb and work from extended elevations with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment & fixtures.
• Install raceways and cable tray systems.
• Install and/or troubleshoot motor and control systems.
• Experience with commercial industrial generators.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.

Electrician Specific Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment & fixtures
• Install various types of raceways and cable tray systems
• Install and/or troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Experience with commercial industrial generators
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and assist in pricing projects
• Able to read and interpret plans and blueprints
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

Requirements:

• Three years of E&I Maintenance experience as a Journeyman Electrician
• Must be able to communicate well with owners, general contractors, and job-site superintendents
• Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
• Ability to climb and work from extended elevations, using all established safety procedures and guidelines
• Follow established safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment

• Must have valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel 25%
