Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to drive a repair truck or forklift; basic computer skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist a skilled electrician by supplying materials, equipment, and tools at the scene of jobs.
• Participate in stringing overhead/underground lines and cables and in installing conduit and wire.
• Learn to read and draw simple electrical sketches and understand electrical safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
