Job summary

Renfrow Industrial seeks an Industrial Electrician Foreman to lead, troubleshoot, and support electrical crews on industrial construction, maintenance, outages, and start-up work. The role is hands-on, requiring field work with conduit, MCCs, VFDs, and control wiring.

You will read drawings and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The position offers 4x10 schedules with occasional overtime, and a sign-on opportunity up to $1,000 where policy allows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial electrical experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license required where applicable.
• Experience leading electrical crews.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical safety.
• Experience with instrumentation, PLC/HMI, UL508A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman Electricians, Top Helpers, Helpers, and assigned support personnel.
• Work hands-on with tools to support production, safety, quality, troubleshooting, and schedule.
• Install and support conduit systems, cable tray, grounding, wiring, MCCs, VFDs, panels, transformers, switchgear, lighting, and control wiring.
• Read electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, control drawings, panel schedules, equipment manuals, and specs.
• Support shutdowns, outages, tie-ins, LOTO coordination, maintenance, start-up, commissioning, and emergencies.
• Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, piping, welding, rigging, millwright, fabrication, civil, control panel, and maintenance teams.
• Track manpower, materials, productivity, constraints, quality issues, safety concerns, and schedule risks.

This is a working Lead role.
