Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a full-time Industrial Electrician for our West Lampeter Township plant in Lancaster County. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical production equipment in a fast-paced, automated environment. Candidate should have industrial electrical knowledge, strong mechanical abilities, and be open to shift changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass electromechanical maintenance test.
• An AA degree in mechanical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Support new installations, improvements, and optimization projects in all areas of the plant.
• Ability to run conduit and pull wire as required for power distribution and controls integration.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and controls systems including PLCs, VFDs, motor starters, digital and analog I/O.
• Use Work Order software and other computer programs as required.
