Job description

Industrial Electrician job at ESS Metron. Denver, CO.

PDC Electricians are responsible for installing electrical controls, wiring, safety, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, PDC Electricians must be responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly / schematic drawings and receive verbal instructions regarding work assignments.
• Ability to Run conduit up to 4” in diameter including RMC, also the ability bend conduit up to 2” Diameter EMT and 1” Diameter RMC.
• Ability to use all pertinent Hand tools as it relates to the Commercial / Industrial Electrical Installation processes.
• Ability to take direction and assess Electrical Requirements per task assigned.
• Ability to Terminate all wire sizes up to 500 KCMIL.
• Control Panel Make up and phasing.
• Medium Voltage Termination and phasing.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years experience as industrial or commercial electrician
• Current Journeyman Electrician License (CO or reciprocating state)
