The role emphasizes automation, electrical systems, and problem-solving, with a rotating 12.25‑hour shift and overtime opportunities. Prior electrical tech cert is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting AC/DC drives and high-speed automated systems.
• Working knowledge of servo, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls and temp systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot 480-volt, three-phase electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Support and improve high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and computer-controlled processes.
• Diagnose and repair servo drives, AC/DC drives, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and temp control systems.
• Maintain electrical controls, instrumentation, and automation for equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
