Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking an Electrician to perform repairs and electrical troubleshooting in a high-speed manufacturing facility, focusing on Brewing/Batching areas. You will work with operations teams and maintain records in CMMS to keep equipment operating efficiently.

The role requires handling 480V systems, bending conduit, installing and rewiring, and strong PLC/HMI troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in hot/cold environments and on 24/7 shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing maintenance electronics experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.
• Experience working with 480V circuits preferred.
• Experience bending conduit, installing and rewiring.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial controls, PLCs, and HMI programs.
• Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and proactive maintenance across all departments.
• Communicates cross-departmentally to resolve equipment repairs.
• Participates in project work including needs assessments and timeline management.
• Completes documentation to record assignments.
• Participates in shift change meetings.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local codes and safety standards.
