Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to support Journeyman Electricians on commercial and industrial job sites. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and code-compliant work across projects nationwide.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a WA/OR approved apprenticeship enrollment with a current state license, and at least 1 year of industrial electrical experience. Valid driver's license and First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
• Enrolled in WA/OR-approved apprenticeship with current WA/OR Electrical Apprentice License.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial electrical experience.
• Interest in electrical industrial environment; prior related work preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• May need to meet OSHA Respiratory Protection facial hair standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required.
• Learn from Journeyman Electrician and complete assigned duties.
• Assist with installation of electrical systems per blueprints, construction drawings and NEC codes.
• Pull wire, install conduit, lighting, panels and other components per project specs.
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and assist with repairs of equipment and faults.
• Follow safety practices and PPE protocols on site.
• Travel to various spaces to assist Journeyman, maintain site organization.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans.
• Record update work logs and client accounts; perform admin duties.
• Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Coordinate tasks with other trades in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend safety briefings and site meetings; take direction from supervisors.
• Maintain punctual attendance and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
