Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to support site operations in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure high uptime for production equipment.

You will perform repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections while adhering to safety guidelines, OSHA/PSM standards, and company procedures. The position requires PLC/automation knowledge and SAP work-order experience.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with SAP or similar work-order/inventory system.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, and controls in plants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of facility equipment across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections per guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program and compliance (OSHA, PSM, and Corteva safety).
• Recommend improvements to electrical programs and hardware.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Work overtime and weekends during peak production.
