Job summary

Dorman Products in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems on production machinery.

You will diagnose failures, perform preventive maintenance, interpret schematics, install and test equipment, and uphold safety standards including LOTO. Experience with VFDs, motor controls up to 480V and bearing work is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training desirable.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
• Proficient with VFDs, motor controls and 480V systems.
• Capable of interpreting schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic control systems on production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical equipment including motors, VFDs and control circuits up to 480V.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment history records.
• Inspect, align, lubricate bearings and rotating components for reliability.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide installations and repairs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
