Compensation is $46.13/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts include 3rd and 2nd, with first 90 days of training on 1st shift; overtime and attendance bonuses also apply.

Qualifikationen

• Massachusetts Electrician’s License required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with relay-based control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

Aufgaben

• Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, circuit breaker panels, switches, relays, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine electrical maintenance and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Service motors, motor starters, safety circuits, and power distribution systems.
• Apply OSHA safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical testing practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to electrical maintenance and repairs.
