Qualifications

• Able to comprehend oral instructions and work orders to determine material needs.
• Proficient in electrical theory and its application to plant equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Three years of related electrical/electronic work experience.
• Two years of experience with basic mechanical installation or repair.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, repair electrical/electronic circuits on machine tools.
• Locate defects using instruments and test equipment.
• Test faulty equipment and diagnose malfunctions.
• Calibrate testing instruments and service electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot relay logic, CNC, and PLC controlled machines.
• Support electrical aspects of new equipment installation.
