Job summary

Tyler Union in Anniston, AL is seeking an Industrial Electrician for the 2nd shift to perform electrical maintenance on plant equipment, following NEC standards and safe work practices. Candidates should have an industrial electrical program or two years of hands-on experience, and be prepared to work on electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic testing.

The role requires routine system checks, installation and testing of wiring, and adherence to safety and ISO documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an industrial electrical maintenance program or 2 years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to interpret AC/DC theory and motor control principles.
• Basic computer skills and hands-on testing ability.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics and blueprints to install and maintain electrical systems.
• Conduct routine checks of electrical systems.
• Install and test electrical wiring and components per NEC and codes.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment.
• Maintain safety and ISO documentation.
