Job summary

Amy's Kitchen in White City, OR is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to support the production facility’s electrical systems and equipment. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, calibrating instruments, and updating PLC/HMI programs in collaboration with Engineering.

Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a variety of electrical systems and documentation.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but HS diploma or GED accepted; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years related experience and/or training.
• Need to effectively communicate with multiple layers in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues using drawings and PLC/HMI references to support production.
• Calibrate instrumentation devices.
• Manage online program changes to PLC/HMI that Engineering supports.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install industrial motors, PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related control devices.
• Install and repair wiring, conduit, and power for plant equipment.
• Install/program and troubleshoot VFDs and drives.
• Test malfunctioning machinery and support engineering in diagnosis.
• Maintain electrical documentation for drawings and MCC load lines.
