We are seeking Industrial Electricians to support manufacturing, food and beverage processing, agriculture, packing and cold-storage, and distribution operations throughout the greater Yakima area.
This is a hands-on electrical maintenance position for candidates who are comfortable troubleshooting industrial equipment, electrical systems, motors, controls, and automated machinery in fast-paced production environments.
Experience from food plants, fruit packing facilities, cold storage operations, wineries, breweries, beverage production, warehouses, distribution centers, packaging facilities, manufacturing plants, mills, fabrication shops, and other industrial environments can translate very well.
A Washington electrical license, Journeyman license, industrial electrical certification, or related credential may be preferred for certain opportunities but is not required for every position.

Successful Industrial Electricians are strong troubleshooters who remain calm when equipment goes down, understand how electrical systems interact with production machinery, and take ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion.
The strongest candidates combine electrical knowledge with some exposure to automation, mechanical systems, production equipment, or industrial maintenance.
If your background includes industrial electrical work, controls, automation, maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or electrical troubleshooting, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed.
