Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY, 40219. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.This a great opportunity to join a premier facility in the Louisville area. It is in a fabrication shop type of environment.

1st shift: 7am-3:30pm (Overtime is Offered)

Pay will be based off of experience and the Interview process. More details will be given throughout the process. We are excited to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid electrician's license or certification.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
