Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a fast-paced sawmill and pallet facility in Livermore Falls, ME. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, program PLCs, and manage motor control and VFDs.

This role blends hands-on wiring, conduit work, and project planning to improve reliability and energy efficiency. We offer competitive pay, overtime, stability, and a suite of benefits. Hourly pay range listed: $32.00-$44.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing or related setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automation.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to installation while supporting daily maintenance.

Join a Growing Sawmill & Pallet Manufacturing Operation

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a fast-paced pallet manufacturing and sawmill facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on electrical work and advanced troubleshooting. One day you may be programming a PLC, diagnosing a VFD issue, or planning a system upgrade. The next day you may be bending conduit, pulling wire, installing motors, or helping complete a plant improvement project.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Program, modify, and diagnose PLC-controlled equipment.

Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 - $44.00 dollars an hour dependent on experience*
