Schedule: Rotating shifts consisting of two weeks on 1st shift, two weeks on 2nd shift, and two weeks on 3rd shift before the cycle repeats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot PLC faults, including inputs, outputs, sensors, and associated controls.
• Diagnose and repair 480V three-phase motors, motor starters, contactors, and related electrical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, control panels, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify issues and complete repairs.

Qualifications:

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be proficient in PLC troubleshooting.
• Must have strong experience troubleshooting and maintaining 480V three-phase motors.
• Experience with VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and automated production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work the rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed.
• PLC programming experience and relevant technical training are a plus.
