In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test complex electrical control panels, switches, and industrial equipment. Using engineered blueprints and schematics, you will install low-voltage wiring, run conduit, and ensure all systems achieve safe, full functionality in strict compliance with the National Electrical Code ( NEC**).**Responsibilities ****Blueprint & Print Interpretation: ** Reference shop prints, schematics, and single-line diagrams to determine exact equipment placement per ** NEC** guidelines.**Component Installation: ** Securely install advanced systems including ** Switchgear (SWGR), Variable Frequency Drives ( VFDs), Automatic Transfer Switches ( ATS), Distributed Control Systems ( DCS**), transformers, DC chargers, and ** PLC cabinets**.**Conduit & Wire Ways: ** Cut, bend, and thread ** EMT** and ** RMC** conduit. Install wire ways, conduits, and cable trays, ensuring proper grounding to customer specifications.**Precision Panel Assembly: ** Mount sub-panels, switches, lights, and bundle holders onto frames or structural supports using precision alignment tools, torpedo levels, and tape measures.**Wiring & Termination: ** Route, anchor, tie-wrap, flag, and tag wires.
