Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Electrical Testing Technician I in Colorado to support quality and testing for custom‑engineered industrial equipment.

The role seeks an early-career technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience and a strong interest in electrical testing, documentation, and equipment verification. You will work with a team of experienced technicians and engineers, performing basic tests, learning PLCs/VFDs, and growing skills in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, electrical work, or testing.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist quality and test technicians with daily inspections and tests.
• Perform basic electrical and functional testing according to procedures.
• Assist with testing of industrial electrical equipment including 24VDC systems.
• Document results accurately and maintain records.
• Support QC hold-point inspections and identify potential quality issues.
• Verify equipment against drawings and standards.
• Learn and assist with advanced testing under supervision.
