Job summary

Electrical Now is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as an Electrical Technician. The role focuses on repair, testing, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial circuit breakers and distribution equipment, with hands-on training and clear career growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn; prior electrical experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn electrical skills and grow professionally.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical equipment.
• Experience in related trades is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, disassemble, troubleshoot, and reassemble circuit breakers and electrical components
• Assist with testing, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment
• Perform basic wiring, assembly, and component installation tasks
• Cut wire to specifications and fasten terminal connections
• Follow diagrams and blueprints to complete repairs and assemblies
• Utilize hand and power tools; record testing results
• Maintain tools and workstations in good condition
• Support onsite and emergency service projects when required
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
