Job summary
Accelera is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician in Wichita Falls, TX to support our high-output manufacturing operations. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic issues, program PLC logic (Allen Bradley, Modicon, Square D), and interpret schematics for 480V systems to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in PLC ladder logic programming and component-level circuit troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of 480V three-phase power systems and industrial control hardware.
- Ability to read and translate technical schematics into actionable repairs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to provide basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues to restore production quickly.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic for process efficiency.
- Interpret schematics to install and repair 480V systems.
- Configure and maintain motor drives and industrial control systems.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment status in CMMS.
- Uphold safety standards including LOTO procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate repair timelines.
