Job summary

Arconic seeks an Electrical Technician for the Ingot Department in Davenport, IA. You will support safe operations, troubleshoot equipment, and mentor maintenance staff in a fast-paced metal production setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years electrical experience in manufacturing.
• Must pass an electrical proficiency exam.
• Visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a safe workplace by following EHS policies.
• Provide technical and tactical support for equipment breakdowns and outages; assist with tune-ups and commissioning.
• Train and mentor supervisors and craftspeople in technical skills.
• Develop and implement SOPs, WIP policies and procedures for new/existing equipment.
