Job summary

EPS Connects LLC in Staunton, VA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with an electrical focus to troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment. You will work on motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control circuits, perform preventive maintenance, and support upgrades in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

This 2nd shift role offers $29–$38 per hour with a 7% shift differential, overtime eligibility, and a benefits package including health,

Qualifications

4+ years of industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance in manufacturing.
Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting ability.
Experience with motors, motor controls, VFDs and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Mechanical troubleshooting capability.
Experience with PLCs, automation, robotics, sensors or industrial controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, equipment and facility infrastructure.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Support equipment installations, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
Work on motors, VFDs, panels, distribution systems.
Operate diagnostic equipment and measure electrical parameters.
