As our Industrial Electrical Technician, you will be a cornerstone in maintaining our operational excellence by managing all things electrical within our facilities.

• Challenge yourself with debugging complex electrical and PLC issues.
• Ensure seamless operations by executing both emergency and regular maintenance without delay.
• Lead installations on exciting new projects that push the envelope.
• Diagnose and rectify malfunctions, preventing production lapse.
• Commit to safety, implementing precautions and quick fixes.
• Inventory vigilance: manage critical parts, ensuring no shortage hampers us.
• Report diligently safety fixes and participate vigorously in training.
• Engage in various meetings, updating peers and management on crucial tasks.
• Be a problem-solver, effectively interpreting blueprints and utilizing technical tools.
• Exercise collaborative spirit with multidimensional teams to heighten plant efficacy.
• Read and dissect 1-line diagrams, apply ladder logic, and more.
• Add value through other tasks as they arise.
  
  

Your Toolkit Includes

• Vermont Journeyman License at minimum; a Masters is desirable.

• Extensive knowledge of heavy industry electrical systems is vital.
• Two years of relevant electrical maintenance hand-on experience required.
• Readiness for preventive maintenance roles marks you as a suitable candidate.
