Job summary

StaffSource in the Knoxville area seeks an experienced Industrial Electrical Project Manager / Foreman to lead electrical installation, troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance across East Tennessee facilities. This role offers a clear path to a Foreman position with a permanent company vehicle, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity while staying hands-on in the field.

Travel to various project sites is required and the role carries a competitive compensation package based on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of 480V three-phase power distribution and motor controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout East Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems for plants and facilities.
• Install conduit, cable tray, power distribution, MCCs and control panels.
• Install and terminate power, control and fiber-optic cabling.
• Assist with PLC panel installation and commissioning.
• Startup, testing, and commissioning with engineering and operations teams.
• Read and interpret diagrams and construction drawings.
• Coordinate installation activities with customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure installations comply with NEC, OSHA, MSHA and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems as needed.
• Support field maintenance teams on complex issues.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress.
• Work safely with high workmanship standards.
