Job summary

Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Auburn, ME. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong industrial machine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Position on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, with a pay range of $31.00–$37.00 per hour. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and SAP documentation, with benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical journeyman-level experience preferred (license not required).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery
• Repair motors, drives, belts, fluid systems, and electrical components
• Install and repair electrical systems, conduit, and piping
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and equipment assembly
• Complete maintenance documentation and SAP entries
