Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC in Tupelo, MS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Worker with an Electrical background to join our maintenance department on a full-time basis. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, reading schematics, and performing repairs to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical focus.
• Proficiency with multimeters, meggers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, and circuit panels.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, components, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist with mechanical repairs, including belts, bearings, chains, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following housekeeping standards.
