Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues as they arise on the production floor.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
Respond to production team maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment as directed by the shift lead.
Use hand tools and digital equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) to perform tasks safely and effectively.
Interpret technical documentation such as manuals, schematics, and blueprints to resolve equipment issues.
Work in compliance with cGMP standards, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Support and assist with equipment repairs, rebuilds, and inspections as necessary to maintain production flow.
Contribute to a strong food safety culture and uphold SQF requirements to promote the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
