Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring experienced Electrical Journeymen for a leading heat trace and insulation solutions provider. You will lead electrical crews on industrial sites in Wyoming, install conduit, cable, and equipment, and ensure safe, compliant terminations.

We value hands-on skills, NEC code knowledge, and the ability to mentor apprentices. This full-time role offers $43–$50 per hour with a daily per diem and opportunities to work on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Wyoming or Colorado Journeyman Electrician license required or ability to reciprocate.
• Experience reading and interpreting NEC codes.
• Industrial electrical installation experience and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical crews on industrial job sites.
• Install conduit, cable, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Pull wire and perform grounding installations.
• Install basket tray systems and related components.
• Complete NCLH cable panel and PLC terminations.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Manage materials and jobsite inventory.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
