We Power America in Hamilton, OH is hiring electricians for commercial and industrial projects. We seek journey level and supervisory level workers to install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in fast-moving environments.

This full-time, hourly role offers 34-52 per hour with benefits fully employer-paid, overtime opportunities, and access to power tools. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and teamwork on project sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level or supervisory level experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical work is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade existing systems and modify wiring as needed.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout and safety protocols on site.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and team members to meet deadlines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies and outages.
