Job summary

Houck Group Family of Companies is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman for York, Dauphin, Berks, Lebanon, and Lancaster regions. The role requires supervisory experience and a strong background in electrical installation, testing, and maintenance.

The Foreman will organize materials, interpret drawings, ensure safety and quality, and train crew members while coordinating with other trades on site. A valid license and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Trade school degree, apprenticeship, or Journeyman license preferred.
• Must read blueprints, drawings, and specs and perform NEC-compliant work.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug test and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates project materials, equipment and personnel.
• Reads specifications, plans, and prepares sketches and layout drawings.
• Leads safety and quality of work on site.
• Coordinates with other crafts to ensure smooth transitions.
• Installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical wiring and equipment.
• Directs and trains workers and apprentices on installation and repair tasks.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and codes.
