Job summary

A US-based industrial company in Gastonia, NC is looking for a hands-on working foreman to lead teams in the installation and maintenance of plant power and controls. Candidates must have at least 2 years of industrial electrical experience, medium-voltage knowledge, and familiarity with electrical components. Qualifications

• 2+ years Industrial electrical experience (not residential/commercial).
• Medium-voltage experience (115 kV).
• Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, terminations.
• Blueprint/schematic reading, crew leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to undergo MVR check.
• PLC/VFD familiarity, testing (megger/IR/hi-pot) is a plus.
• OSHA-30, NCCER, state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial crews to install, modify, and repair plant power and controls.
• Ensure work is done safely, on schedule, and to specifications.
