Job summary

BBEC, LLC in Mechanicsburg, PA, seeks an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise electrical teams on industrial projects. You will ensure safe, efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in demanding environments.

The role requires a Journeyman license (Master license a plus) and 5+ years of industrial wiring experience, including motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and high-voltage work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship is highly preferred.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license is required; Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and high-voltage distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
