Job summary

Therm-x of California seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and support industrial electrical and control systems for advanced manufacturing environments. The role integrates with cross-functional teams, supports both new product development and sustaining engineering efforts, and requires hands-on prototyping and testing.

The engineer will design schematics, evaluate safety and manufacturability, and ensure UL508A standards are met.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting industrial electrical/control systems.
• Ability to work independently on defined problems and contribute to more complex designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs.
• Evaluate designs for safety, compliance, and manufacturability.
• Prototype, test, and validate new concepts in R&D.
• Develop and support industrial control panels and test systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues in development and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product releases.
