Job summary

Actalent is seeking an on-site electrical engineering professional to provide hands-on support for troubleshooting equipment, optimizing performance, and acting as the subject matter expert for controls and automation. You’ll work closely with production and maintenance teams to enhance plant productivity and assist in commissioning new manufacturing equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of industrial experience in refrigeration or HVAC

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of industrial experience specifically within refrigeration or HVAC environments.
Must possess strong hands-on skills in PLC-controlled equipment, control panel wiring, and electrical schematic interpretation.

Responsibilities

Provide on-the-floor electrical engineering support to troubleshoot equipment, optimize performance, and serve as the SME for controls and automation.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve plant productivity and support commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
