Responsibilities

• Electrical safety investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment availability and throughput.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Supervise daily work for plant electronic technicians.
• Analyze production delay data to inform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Develop cost justifications for improvement projects.
• Coordinate outside contractor work to minimize production impact.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training for electricians and technicians.
• Determine and install performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
