Job summary

LeoForce in Appleton, WI is seeking an Electrical Drafter to create and revise electrical design drawings, develop layouts, and produce construction documents for industrial and manufacturing projects.

You will collaborate with engineers, support BIM modeling with Revit/Navisworks, and ensure drawings meet project specs and industry standards. AutoCAD expertise is required, with Revit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in electrical engineering technology, drafting & design, or a related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required; Revit/Navisworks experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents with attention to detail.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or power distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop electrical layouts, cable tray routing, and conduit drawings.
• Produce one-line diagrams, schematics, lighting layouts, and construction documents.
• Assist with 3D modeling and BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, controls engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support projects serving industrial manufacturing and process facilities.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards, client requirements, and project specs.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate revisions as needed.
