Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician - ISO to maintain electrical equipment and controls in an insulation manufacturing facility. The role reports to the plant maintenance team and works onsite to ensure safe, reliable operation of production systems.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical systems, calibration of instrumentation, and collaboration with other maintenance staff to support continuous production.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, technical school preferred
Experience working as a electrical technician in an industrial manufacturing environment
Technical military specialties considered

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and motors, supporting production needs
Evaluate equipment operation and suggest improvements
Plan and manage plant utilities including chiller and air compressor
Complete work orders and document data
Maintain electrical systems on equipment like mixers, conveyors, pumps
Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair production equipment
Install and monitor monitoring systems
Calibrate controls instrumentation
Maintain electrical and PLC troubleshooting
Install/repair control devices (sensors, switches, contacts)
Operate power tools and metalworking equipment
Support fabrication and modification of equipment
Follow safety, policies, COS
