The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Journeyman electrician experience in a heavy industrial environment, with expertise in high-voltage systems and PLC programming. Candidates must prioritize safety and be ready to work on various shifts, including the Dupont 12 Rotating Schedule. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a heavy industrial environment as a Journeyman electrician.
• Competent in understanding and complying with safety codes and practices.
• Experience in light mechanical work to support maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and perform necessary housekeeping duties.
• Support maintenance-related operations during scheduled shutdowns.
• Install and troubleshoot mill-wide electrical and instrumentation systems.

Skills

High-voltage experience up to 13.8kv

Journeyman electrician experience

Understanding of OSHA regulations

Multi-craft maintenance capabilities

Technical knowledge in Electronics Technology

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Technical training in Electronics Technology

Tools
