Job summary

The Mosaic Company is hiring an Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Technician for its Central Florida plants and mines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across sites in Mulberry, Bradley, and Duette, FL.

Onsite work with rotating 12‑hour shifts and 7 consecutive days off in a 28‑day cycle. Qualifications include 4+ years in an industrial electrical environment or accredited electrical training, plus experience with

Qualifications

4+ years in industrial electrical environment or completion of accredited electrical program.
Experience troubleshooting heavy industrial electrical equipment including wiring and motor controls.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair motors, starters, drives, and high/low-voltage systems across plant or mine operations.
Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems for safe, reliable operations.
Adjust hardware and interface between automation systems and operations.
Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance needs.
Perform maintenance on systems monitoring flow, temperature, density, and pressure.
Complete safety-critical processes and permit procedures; document work in CMMS.
Communicate with area supervisors to prioritize and delegate tasks.
