Job summary

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath in Reno, NV is seeking a creative Industrial Designer to join our design and product development team. You will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products aligned with our brand and manufacturing capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, strong sketching and 3D modeling skills, and a passion for materials and ergonomics. Join a team delivering luxury appliances with sustainable considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial or product design.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) — metal fabrication preferred.
• Strong sketching, visualization and model-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop original product concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and rendering.
• Create presentation materials to communicate designs.
• Participate in design reviews and NPI meetings.
• Manage the entire product development process from concept to production.
• Conduct user research and trend analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

• Refine designs based on feedback, testing, and usability studies.
• Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and documentation for production.
