Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field.
• Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for Summer 2025 internship.
• GPA 3.0 or greater.
• Must submit a portfolio of work as part of your application.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas through sketches and models.
• Create renderings, 3D models, animations, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate user needs into design solutions.
• Explore VR, AI-assisted design, real-time visualization, and rapid prototyping.
• Apply human-centered design to balance usability, functionality, experience, styling and brand identity.
• Prototype digitally and physically to evaluate concepts.
• Support the Oshkosh visual brand language across vehicles and experiences.
• Research design trends and competitor products to inform design.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Grow as a designer through mentorship and presenting work.
